Mind Tools for Youth

The tools of mindfulness, meditation, and wellness have even better effects when introduced at an earlier age. These free, weekly, walk-in-friendly sessions are for everyone, but first and foremost for the younger generation/s. Gently led by William Cragun II of Buffalo’s Urban Monks, who “dedicate themselves to the practice of meditation in the city they love and the people in it.”
